Direct Event Hot Desk Line

Our ECC comes with its own 1800 number that can be used at your event.

Events are free to place the number on event signage & stage screens as a ‘Hot Desk’ number for attendees to contact security & safety organisation at your event.

A Hot Desk number (& facility) improves your events commitment to the safety & satisfaction of all attendees as it gives them a direct path to contact your control organisation to report incidents of concerns that will both be recorded into documentation and co-ordinated to quick resolution.

All calls made to the hot desk number are recorded, this providing a record of the content of those calls in-case any reference is required at a later stage.

Calls made to our event hot desk number route to the phones inside the ECC, if they are unavailable we can have the calls forward to a backup mobile number.

Our Event Hot Desk number is 1800 100 014, which is nice and easy for your attendees to quickly memorise.
